Terms of Service

Last updated 5 November 2026.

1. Who we are

These terms apply to products sold under the name Webbit.no by WIGGEN DIGITAL (ENK), a sole proprietorship registered in Norway, org.nr. 934956605, Artillerivollen 30B, 4616 Kristiansand S, Norway ("we", "us"). Contact: sales@webbit.no. They cover orders in USD paid through Paddle for the products on our pricing page. Purchases via Paddle open once Paddle has approved our checkout; until then, order by emailing sales@webbit.no or pay in Norwegian kroner through the payment links on webbit.no. Orders in Norwegian kroner follow our Norwegian terms (vilkår).

2. Reseller and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns related to payment. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the purchase transaction.

3. The product

LinkFix is a measured audit of a public website with up to 45 checks, delivered as a PDF report with findings and a prioritised fix list, as described on our pricing page (LinkFix Report USD 39, Full-Site Report USD 69, each + applicable sales tax). The report describes the website as it was at the time of scanning. It is not a guarantee of future operation, security or search engine ranking. The service runs on an AI-assisted workflow; WIGGEN DIGITAL is responsible for every delivery.

4. Delivery

After payment, we email you at the address used at checkout within a few hours to confirm the website address; or email sales@webbit.no with the website address and your order number. The report is delivered by email within 24 hours of confirmed payment and receiving the website address. If the website is unreachable or blocks automated reading, we agree a new time with you or refund you in full.

5. Your use of the report

You may use the report freely in your own business, including with your own developer. You may not resell the report as your own product. We change nothing on your website.

6. Acceptable use

Order reports only for websites you own or are authorised to have audited. The scan reads public pages only, at a polite rate, as a normal browser would.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or lost revenue, or for errors caused by changes to the website after scanning. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

8. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, and at any time if we do not deliver within 24 hours. See our Refund Policy.

9. Governing law

Norwegian law applies. Disputes are first sought resolved amicably by contacting us; consumers may also use the courts of their place of residence.
